We are a cool technology start-up, building a brand new Recruitment team at our brand new office! We are calling IT Recruiters at all levels to come explore opportunities with us, in a highly dynamic environment


  • End-2-end Recruitment of technical staff for Machint and for on-site projects for respective clients/technology partners.
  • Review and post JDs on to the professional media and available networking portals
  • Source CVs thorough research from several platforms, networking and agencies
  • Internal ATS software management and regular updates
  • Pre-qualification calls to candidates to assess the suitability of profiles to the requirements.
  • Manage interview schedules with Machint’s technical panel, clients and vendors efficiently.
  • Cold-calling and storytelling to attract potential candidates
  • Proactivity and creating urgency between clients and candidates to meet the timelines agreed.
  • Candidate management and negotiate on the salary and benefits successfully


  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree ideally with in Technology or Business space
  • Years of experience in Recruitment with good understanding of all elements of the process
  • Background from a process oriented organization with importance to details than the results
  • Knowledge and understanding of trending technologies and the IT market
  • Excellent English Communication – both written and verbal.
  • Proven candidate management and negotiation skills
